Benjamin, the dynamic Managing Partner of Ace Strategy Group, leads our team in delivering streamlined M&A solutions. With a proven track record, Benjamin specializes in helping organizations identify, evaluate, and acquire strategic investment targets.
Prior to founding ASG, Benjamin excelled in KPMG's Deal Advisory Strategy group, advising corporate and private equity executives on strategic acquisition, transformation, and divestiture activities. He has led teams across industries, including the founding of an enterprise management-focused SaaS business. Benjamin is also a Board Member of the Boston Education Development Fund (BEDF), where he influences the intersection of private dollars and public education.
Benjamin received his B.A. from Morehouse College with a concentration in Finance, and his M.B.A. from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he led Private Equity partnerships.
BRIAN WINTERS
Brian is a transformation expert with experience in strategy, M&A, and performance improvement. He ran a boutique consulting firm, was the #3 in KPMG’s capital markets group, led KPMG’s M&A GTM, published 30+ thought leadership papers, and was a founding member of the PwC’s M&A practice. Brian has led notable transactions in the alternatives, asset & wealth management, investment banking, and asset servicing space.
Brian holds a B.S. in Business Administration and International Economics from the University of Maryland.
FRED ALBRIGHT
Fred brings over 25 years of experience advising the C-level on global, enterprise-wide business transformation, merger integration, and turn-around of at-risk operating environments.
Fred has led executive-level advisory of enterprise-wide transformation as both an external management consultant and internal business group leader. This includes serving as the Interim Management Head for a Business Operations & Technology group of over 300 and being the Practice Leader for a professional services consulting team of +40 professions with a monthly P&L of over $1.25 million.
His expertise covers strategic considerations, tactical preparations and associated impacts and implications as they relate to People, Process, Technology, Risk/Compliance, and Corporate Culture.
Fred holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business.
TOMEKA BOOTHE
Tomeka is a highly accomplished senior Human Resources (HR) professional with 15+ years of expertise in talent management, leadership development, and ensuring operational excellence. Recognized for her systems acumen, she drives organizational growth and profitability by thoughtfully navigating complex challenges and translating strategies into actionable programs.
Currently the Director of People & Culture at The Gathering Spot in Atlanta, Georgia, Tomeka serves as senior thought partner to the CEO and founder which involves maximizing talent resources, leading workforce planning, and ensuring seamless HR integration throughout the organization. Her experience spans across industries showcasing HR expertise ranging from SaaS businesses to Private Equity led hospitality enterprises.
Tomeka holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University and an Executive Master's in HR Management from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
DEVAN BENNION
Devan is a seasoned Deal Advisory and Strategy (DAS) professional with a proven track record in driving impactful results and contributing to strategic initiatives. His expertise, honed across roles at KPMG, Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators, and Goldman Sachs, encompasses a wide spectrum of skills essential to the DAS landscape.
Previously, Devan spearheaded several successful strategy consulting sales initiatives and managed investment firm deal pipelines, with his strategic insights contributing to nearly $500M in deal value. Throughout his career, Devan has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to navigate complex transactions, drive optimal outcomes, and deliver value to clients.
Devan holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Brigham Young University (BYU) and a M.S. from the University of Utah with a concentration in Finance.
CHRIS MUKORO
Chris Mukoro is a seasoned investment banking professional with deep expertise in M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic execution across consumer, fintech, healthcare, and tech-enabled services. His work spans the full deal lifecycle — from valuation and diligence to post-merger integration and investor relations.
He most recently advised institutional clients through VLG Advisors and Dardania Ventures, supporting both buy-side and sell-side transactions, capital allocation, and strategic positioning. Chris previously led mandates at PCB Partners and Tyr Advisors, with a focus on business services, media, and interactive entertainment.
Earlier in his career, he executed M&A and capital markets transactions at Cowen, Duff & Phelps, and RBC Capital Markets. His core capabilities include financial modeling, dealstructuring, PMI, and risk mitigation.
Chris holds a B.A. in Finance from Morehouse College and is a FINRA-registered representative (Series 62, 63, 79).
